  • Reseller Hosting
  • VPS Hosting
  • Domain Name Services

3. Billing & Payment

  • Services are billed monthly unless stated otherwise.
  • Failure to pay invoices on time may result in suspension or termination of your account.
  • Refunds may be available depending on your plan and our refund policy.

4. Acceptable Use

  • You may not use our services for unlawful purposes, abusive content, spam, or malicious activities.
  • Misuse of server resources (e.g., excessive CPU, RAM, bandwidth beyond your plan) may result in suspension.
  • Content that violates laws or regulations will be removed without notice.

5. Backups

  • Automatic backups are included in selected plans.
  • We are not liable for data loss; customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

6. Support

  • Technical support is provided via WHMCS ticket system.
  • Support availability may vary depending on your plan.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Your account may be suspended or terminated if you:

  • Fail to pay invoices.
  • Violate acceptable use policies.
  • Engage in illegal activities or abuse resources.

8. Domain Names

  • Domains are secondary services and may be purchased, renewed, or transferred through us.
  • Failure to renew domains before expiry may result in loss of ownership.

9. VPS Hosting

  • VPS plans come with full access and no software restrictions.
  • Customers are responsible for managing and securing their VPS.

10. Reseller Hosting

  • Reseller plans are subject to allocated resource limits (RAM, storage, bandwidth).
  • Overselling or abuse of resources may result in suspension.

11. Liability

  • We are not liable for downtime, loss of data, or damages caused by service interruptions.
  • Our responsibility is limited to the value of the services paid.
