TERMS OF SERVICE
General Terms
- 1: The Terms of Use a binding contract between the client and NoonServ Hosting, and it applies to all clients and users, and both parties must abide thereto.
- 2: Communication with NoonServ Hosting shall be solely through the Client area and any emails, even if addressed to email addresses under the name of NoonServ Hosting shall be disregarded.
- 3: NoonServ Hosting is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client’s information as an integral part of the company’s regulations and policy.
- 4: In the event that the client wishes to waive the service to another person, the client must submit an application through the Client Area and attach a handwritten copy along with a copy of the national identity of both parties.
- 5: It is strictly prohibited to deal in an improper manner with technical support or sales teams, otherwise this will expose you to suspend your service permanently if you are an existing client.
- 6: The national identity is the main document to prove the ownership of the membership to which the service is connected, and accordingly, it shall be requested in the event of any loss, claim or request for an amendment to the membership account.
- 7: In the event that NoonServ Hosting receives a complaint against any information, whether it is related to hosting, domains, or technical support department, and finds that the complaint deserves inquiry and investigation, the service may be suspended until the complaint is resolved; and the party to the dispute shall be informed thereof.
- 8: Any transaction related to the sale or purchase of any technical or commercial service provided by NoonServ Hosting shall not be approved unless submitted through our electronic system or one of NoonServ Hosting branches.
- 9: All clients will receive an electronic invoice detailing their financial dues, including a certain payment period to be determined by the system. In the event of non-payment during such period, the system may automatically suspend the services and consequently delete it if payment is not made in a timely manner. The client shall not be entitled to request backup copies or any information regarding the service.
- 10: If the client fails to meet the financial obligations, the client may forward the issue to the management to request an exception for a payment grace period for . NoonServ Life will consider the request and inform to the client, whether by accepting or rejecting the request, according to their own discretion.
- 11: Once the client submits an order for the requested service, he/she shall be bound by this Agreement, regardless he/she has read it or not. The client has no right, in any way, to claim for a refund of the paid money.
- 12: It is strictly forbidden to upload files that violate Islamic laws (Ahl al-Sunnah wa’l-Jamaa’ah), and if this violation occurs, the service will be terminated immediately without any liability on NoonServ Hosting, whatsoever.
- 13: NoonServ Host shall not bear responsibility for the damages resulting from natural disasters, such as hurricanes, disconnection of internet cables, fires and so on.
- 14: The aforementioned Clauses shall constitute the general terms and conditions for all services, from which sub-clauses are established for each service, and the client must be bound by the Agreement for each requested service.
- 15: NoonServ Hosting has the right to modify, delete or add terms according to market developments.
Web Hosting Terms
- 1: It is strictly prohibited to flood or send spam e-mails, upload shell scripts and hacking files or using the space as fake pages for other commercial entities. In such a case, the service will be terminated immediately without any liability on NoonServ Hosting, whatsoever.
- 2: NoonServ Hosting has the right to delete any file or software that causes security breaches to the server or other websites without referring to the client.
- 3: NoonServ Hosting uses the cloud system, which prevents exceeding the 10% of server resources allocated to each website to guarantee that the other clients are not affected in terms of consumption.
- 4: Technical support is limited to solve issues that are caused by the server, such as opening certain functions; only if NoonServ Hosting considers that these functions might not affect the security of the server.
- 5: The free technical support does not mean to provide technical support for the client’s website, as the client is directly responsible for support and maintenance of his / her website(s) as well as fixing the bugs & securing the gaps and everything related to them.
- 6: In the event that the client requests a service outside the scope of technical support for hosting , he / she must request it through paid tickets, which are usually at nominal prices for our clients.
- 7: NoonServ Hosting has the right to temporary suspend its hosted websites at any time for the purposes of maintaining or renewing servers, in order to provide the best service to our clients on a permanent basis.
- 8: NoonServ Hosting is not responsible for any faults related to a third party such as the client’s internet service providers, the client’s device and so on.
- 9: If someone wants to transfer their site to NoonServ Hosting, he /she must provide an external link for a backup copy of their website, or provide the credentials of their previous hosting, while making sure that generating a backup copy feature is available.
- 10: Any attempt to infiltrate NoonServ Hosting servers and hack clients’ websites through your website may lead to permanent deletion of your website from our server. If malicious files are detected on a website (shell scripts), they will be deleted from the website and the client will alerted and warned. If malicious files are detected again on the website, the website will be permanently deleted from our server.
- 11: NoonServ Hosting servers automatically make website backups (daily – weekly – monthly), except for the websites that exceed 10 GB space, and the client is solely responsible for their backup.
- 12: Web hosting packages are not suitable for upload centers, as they require dedicated servers.
- 13: In the event that the client needs a backup copy, he must submit his request through a ticket to the hosting technical support department.
Reseller Hosting Terms
- 1: The client must deal with NoonServ Hosting personally under his capacity and he / she may not direct or authorize his own clients to deal under his name.
- 2: It is strictly prohibited to flood or send spam e-mails, upload shell scripts and hacking files or using the space as fake pages for other commercial entities. In such a case, the service will be terminated immediately without any liability on NoonServ Hosting, whatsoever.
- 3: NoonServ Hosting has the right to delete any file or software that causes security breaches to the server or other websites without referring to the client.

- 5: NoonServ Hosting has the right to suspend any website that consumes more than 10% of server resources, and the client must fix such defect to un-suspend his / her website.
- 6: Technical support for resellers is limited to transfer client websites and solve problems that are caused by the server, such as opening certain functions; only if NoonServ Hosting considers that these functions might not affect the security of the server.
- 7: The free technical support does not mean to provide technical support for the client’s website, as the client is directly responsible for support and maintenance of his / her website(s) as well as fixing the bugs & securing the gaps and everything related to them.
- 8: In the event that the client requests a service outside the scope of technical support for resellers, he / she must request it through paid tickets, which are usually at nominal prices for our clients.

- 12: Reseller hosting packages are not suitable for upload centers, as they require dedicated servers.
- 13: In the event that the client needs a backup copy, he must submit his request through a ticket to the reseller technical support department.
- 14: If the client requests to stop the service before the end of his subscription period, or the Management Team stops his service for violating the Terms of Use, he / she has no right to claim for a compensation for the rest of the subscription period.
VPS Hosting Terms
- 1: The client must deal with NoonServ Hosting personally under his capacity and he / she may not direct or authorize his own clients to deal under his name.
- 2: The client is responsible for the plan that he / she orders. If the plan does not meet his needs, he / she shall solely bear the responsibility, and he can upgrade the plan at any time after paying the variance amount only.
- 3: We are not responsible for the faults resulting from the client’s tampering with the server. If the server is managed, we stop managing it as soon as we learn that there is a second party managing the server.
- 4: The renewal amount must be paid at least one day before due date.
- 5: It is prohibited to install DG chat and Java chat scripts, of all types, on the VPS as they cause high resources consumption.
- 6: The client may not consume more than 25% of the processors resources, and if this percentage is exceeded, we may suspend the server temporarily.
- 7: In the event that the client needs an exception due to his failure to make the payment on the specified date, he / she must submit a request to avoid server stoppage to the Management Team for considering and approval.
- 8: In the event that the client wishes to cancel the server, he / she must submit a cancellation request 3 days before the renewal date.
Dedicated Servers Terms
- 1: The client’s receipt of the server is an acknowledgment of his full responsibility for his server, including all processes undergone through, the hosted websites and the materials it contains.
- 2: The client is responsible for the plan that he / she orders. If the plan does not meet his needs, he / she shall solely bear the responsibility, and he / she can upgrade from the following month if the subscription is monthly.
- 3: We are not responsible for the faults resulting from the client’s tampering with the server. If the server is managed, we stop managing it as soon as we learn that there is a second party managing the server.
- 4: Technical support for clients of dedicated servers is limited to the server performance and solving its major problems only.
- 5: The renewal amount must be paid at least 3 days before due date.
- 6: In the event that the client needs an exception due to his failure to make the payment on the specified date, he / she must submit a request to avoid server stoppage to the Management Team for considering and approval.
- 7: All our servers operate in the European region to guarantee faster browsing and better connection in the Middle East. We do not deal with the American region or any other region without a prior request from the client.
- 8: In the event that the client wishes to cancel the server, he / she must submit a cancellation request 5 days before the renewal date.
- 9: NoonServ Hosting is committed to sending renewal of the service notices not less than one week before the the due date.
Domains Terms
- 1: The must pay the domain dues before the domain reservation process.
- 2: NoonServ Hosting is committed to providing the client with a full-featured control panel from Reseller Club, the pioneering company in domain services.
- 3: The client is the one and only responsible for protecting his data from theft and loss.
- 4: NoonServ Hosting is committed to sending renewal of the service notices not less than one week before the the due date.
Technical Support Terms

- 7: Technical support team has the right to close any ticket as long as the data is not filled in the designated fields upon opening the ticket.
- 8: The client acknowledges that the information he / she provided to the customer service are correct and that he / she constantly checks the email registered with us, where all notifications, of all kinds, are sent to.
